I don't think any of these at-home micro-channeling or microneedling devices are truly 'FDA cleared' like a medical device. They're more regulated as cosmetics or wellness tools, afaik. Always good to check their specific claims though.

I looked at both too. Deminuage focuses more on nano-channeling which is less invasive than traditional micro-needling, so less downtime. Dr. Pen is more microneedling, deeper punctures.

Yeah, Deminuage is supposed to be gentler. I chose it because I didn't want the redness and recovery time you get with some of the other devices.
